JD MCNEILL
Managing Director | Raleigh Commercial
As the managing director for The Spectrum Companies, JD McNeill is responsible for providing investment and development services to equity partners, asset management firms, building owners, and land owners across the Research Triangle Region. A native of Pinehurst, NC, JD is a graduate of the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business at Elon University where he received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He holds a North Carolina broker’s license and is involved with various real estate organizations.

As Property Manager, Elizabeth is responsible for the management of assets in our Triangle portfolio: 4700 Falls, Regency Creek, and Regency Woods. Elizabeth is a graduate of Western Carolina University and has 14 years of experience in property management.
